Somnole is committed to making our store usable for everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation or other assistive technology. We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA across the storefront.

What we work toward

• Semantic HTML and landmarks across pages
• Keyboard-navigable menus, forms and checkout
• Alt text on product images
• Sufficient color contrast for text and interactive elements
• Visible focus indicators on links, buttons and form fields

Known limitations

Some parts of the store are provided by third parties and may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. If you hit a barrier anywhere, email us and we will help you complete what you were trying to do.

If something on the site is not accessible to you, email support@somnole.com with:

• The page where the issue happened
• What you were trying to do
• The assistive technology you were using, such as a screen reader, keyboard or voice control

We reply within one business day and aim to resolve issues within 5 business days.
