Warranty Policy

Every Somnole encasement and protector is backed by a 5-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

What the warranty covers

  • Zipper failure under normal use (broken teeth, slider detachment)
  • Polyurethane membrane delamination or waterproof breach
  • Seam separation or stitching failure
  • Premature loss of waterproof function before 5 years of normal use

What the warranty does not cover

  • Damage from improper washing — bleach, hot water, fabric softener, high-heat drying
  • Cuts, tears, or punctures from sharp objects
  • Stains, odors, or discoloration that don't affect function
  • Normal wear over time (light fabric pilling, color fade)
  • Damage from pets or pests inside the home

How to claim

Email support@somnole.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and 2–3 photos showing the defect. We aim to confirm next steps within one business day. Approved claims are replaced free of charge; we ship the replacement to the original delivery address.

To keep your warranty valid

Follow the wash instructions on product care. The most common cause of voided claims is fabric softener — it clogs the waterproof layer.
