Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours after they are placed.
Please note that weekends and holidays do not count as processing days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
Shipping Destinations
Somnole currently ships to Canada and the United States only.
At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or certain remote areas. Additional shipping restrictions may apply depending on the delivery address.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.
Somnole offers free shipping on orders over $49 before applicable taxes, discounts, or additional fees.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the situation and assist you.
For damaged packages, please keep the original packaging and take photos of the damage, as this may be required to file a claim with the carrier.
Somnole is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but lost or stolen after delivery. However, we will do our best to help you investigate the issue with the shipping carrier.
