Returns & Exchanges
If a Somnole product isn't right for you, you have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund.
What we accept
- Unopened items: Returned in original packaging, no questions asked.
- Opened but unused items: Inspected, refolded, and returned in resalable condition.
- Defective items: Anything covered under warranty — no 30-day limit.
What we don't accept
- Items that have been slept on, washed, or fitted to a mattress
- Items with pet hair, stains, or odors
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery (warranty claims excepted)
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, you cover return shipping. For defective items or our error (wrong size sent, damaged in transit), we cover return shipping and ship the replacement free.
Refund timing
Once your return is delivered to our warehouse, we inspect it within 2 business days and issue a refund to your original payment method. Most banks post the refund within 5–10 business days.
