Shipping & Delivery
Standard shipping is free on every order delivered in the United States. There is no minimum.
Dispatch
Orders ship within 24 hours of being placed. Weekends and holidays do not count, so an order placed on a Saturday ships on the next business day. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

- United States: Free standard shipping on all orders
- Canada: Calculated at checkout
Where we ship
We ship to the United States and Canada. At this time we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or certain remote areas.
Delivery times
- United States: 4–10 business days
- Canada: 2–7 business days
These are estimates from the day your order ships, not guarantees. Weather, holidays and carrier delays can add time.
Carriers
Depending on your address, your order may travel with UPS, USPS, FedEx, Canada Post or Purolator.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking has not moved in 5 business days, or your delivery is more than a week past the estimated window, email support@somnole.com with your order number. We will open a trace with the carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, send a replacement.
