Somnole ships from Canada. Free standard shipping is included on orders over $49 CAD.
Dispatch
Orders placed before 2 PM ET on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed later, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is created.
Shipping rates
- Canada: Free over $49 CAD, otherwise $8.99 CAD flat
- United States: Free over $79 CAD, otherwise $14.99 CAD flat
- International: Calculated at checkout

Delivery windows
- Canada: 2–5 business days via Canada Post or UPS
- United States: 5–10 business days via UPS or USPS
- International: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs
Delivery windows are estimates from dispatch, not from order placement.
Customs and duties
For US and international orders, the customer is responsible for any duties or import taxes charged at delivery. These vary by country and aren't collected at checkout.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't moved in 5 business days, or your delivery is more than a week past the estimated window, email support@somnole.com with your order number. We'll open a carrier trace and, if the package is confirmed lost, send a replacement.
